GTMail has a Filtering Facility to restrict the sizes of messages sent to the ships or remote users. This allows only specific senders to send up to a particular size message to the ship. It cuts out non important messages and Spam and so helps to reduce airtime. Anti Spamming software is also used to reduce unwanted and unnecessary messages. All messages pass through two different Virus detectors for extra security.

 Reliability and Support.

Our customers can contact us at any time by telephone, fax or e-mail. They can also subscribe to our Web Based Support Facility and input support tickets to allow them to monitor the progress of any support issue until finally the ticket is cleared and they are automatically notified by e-mail.

Our Support team is located in Piraeus in Greece with back up facilities. It is monitored 24 hours, 365 days a year, although the system is so stable it operates with very few failures or drop outs.
